Positive Thinking Affirmations

Positive Thinking can change your life.  Positive Thinking Affirmations can help eliminate your negative thought patterns, which are keeping you from creating positive life experiences.

“See the positive side, the potential, and make an effort.” – Dalai Lama

There is a phrase, “you are what you think.” When you think negative thoughts about circumstances in your life, every situation will have a gloomy and pessimistic view.

Affirmations help purify your thoughts and restructure your negative thinking patterns, so you can be empowered and think nothing is impossible. You are in control of what you think about, so your potential won’t be limited.

You will live a stress-free life when you think positively. You will feel better, have improved self-esteem, and people around you will notice a positive difference in you.

What Is An Affirmation?

Affirmations are positive acknowledgments that can help you overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them and believe in them, you can start to make absolute changes.

Dr. Carmen Harra – “Affirmations help purify our thoughts and restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we truly begin to think nothing is impossible. Affirmations strengthen us by helping us believe in the potential of an action we desire to manifest. When we verbally affirm our dreams and ambitions, we are instantly empowered with a deep sense of reassurance that our wishful words will become a reality.”

The word affirmation comes from the Latin affirmare, originally meaning “to make steady, strengthen.”

Affirmations get your brain ready for change as this study shows it’s easier to make positive changes in our lives if we practice daily.

  1. The strange thing is that affirmations do work. The true reason is that we are actually emptiness (used in the buddhist sense of the word). That means that whatever we think we are is just that: what we think we are. There is no fundamental reality behind. That means that we can change our perceived reality by changing our thoughts. Exactly what the placebo effect is!
    Keep up the good work!
